The patron of San Vito Romano is Saint Vitus, celebrated on 15 June or the nearest Sunday in the Church of San Vito, with the traditional flower-petal carpet and procession.
On 2 and 3 February, Saint Blaise is also celebrated, with a procession, fair and distribution of anise-flavored doughnuts, and on 22 August the Madonnina di Compigliano, venerated in the shrine dedicated to her. The town also holds Palazzo Theodoli.
