The patron of Polpenazze del Garda is the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, celebrated on 8 September in the Church of the Natività della Madonna.
From the last weekend of May to the first days of June, the streets of the historic centre host the Fiera del Vino (Wine Fair), documented as early as 1953. The seventeenth-century Casa Palazzi, with its terrace over Lake Garda, becomes the «Corte degli Assaggi» (Tasting Court) during these days. The town holds the Castello di Polpenazze del Garda and the Church of San Pietro in Lucone.
