The patron of Vobarno is Our Lady of the Rock, celebrated on the second Sunday of September and the following Monday, in the Santuario della Madonna della Rocca.
The feast celebrates a vow made by the townspeople to the Madonna in wartime. On the second Sunday of July, in the hamlet of Pompegnino, the feast of Saint Benedict of Nursia is instead held, with the traditional Alpine feast; on 1 May, at Carvanno, Saint Joseph is celebrated. The town also holds the Santuario della Madonna di Roane and the Church of San Zenone.
