The patron of Trenzano is Saint Gotthard of Hildesheim, celebrated on 4 May with the Procession of San Gottardo through the streets of the town; a statue of the saint, in original vestments studded with precious stones, is kept in the parish sacristy and carried in procession every year.
The night before, the Midnight Procession is held, during which women walk barefoot through the streets; in the month of May a further procession, known as the «Scarpolada», also takes place. The town holds the Torre Ducco.
