The patron of Gussola is the Most Holy Mary of the Annunciation, celebrated on 25 March.
The town holds Palazzo Ala Ponzone and the Cappella della Madonna del Pilar, and overlooks the Isola Maria Luigia, on the Po river, and the Parco delle Pianure d'Europa.
