Brivio celebrates the martyr saints Sisinius, Martirius and Alexander, together with Our Lady of Sorrows, on the third Sunday of September. Since 2003, the Italian Blues River Festival has been held on the first weekend of July.

The patrons of Brivio are the martyr saints Sisinius, Martirius and Alexander, together with Our Lady of Sorrows, celebrated on the third Sunday of September in the Church of Santi Sisinio, Martirio e Alessandro.

Since 2003, every first weekend of July, the Italian Blues River Festival has been held. The town also holds the Castello di Brivio and looks out over the Adda Nord Park.
