The patron of Olevano di Lomellina is San Michele Arcangelo (Saint Michael the Archangel), celebrated on the fourth Sunday of October; the village holds the Chiesa di San Michele Arcangelo.
On the second weekend of July a music festival is held, with dishes such as melons, grills and risottos from the Lomellina tradition, and singers known nationally and internationally take part. The municipality also holds the Museo di Arte e Tradizione Contadina di Olevano (Museum of Peasant Art and Tradition).
