The patron of Acquasanta Terme is Saint John the Baptist, celebrated on 24 June in the Church of San Giovanni Battista.
Every year, a delegation from Acquasanta takes part with its own performers in the historical reenactment of the Quintana di Ascoli, held on the occasion of the feast of Saint Emygdius, patron of the Piceno provincial capital. The town also holds Castel di Luco and the Rocca di Montecalvo.
