The patron of Campofilone is San Bartolomeo, celebrated on 24 August; the village's co-patron is San Patrizio, to whom the Chiesa di San Patrizio is dedicated.
The Processione del Cristo Morto is one of the most deeply felt religious events of the village. The municipality also holds the Teatro Comunale, the Musei parrocchiali, the Porta da Sole, the ruins of the castle and the Oratorio della Pietà.
