The patron of Pedaso is Saint Peter, celebrated on 29 June in the Church of Santa Maria e San Pietro Apostolo.
During the Festa di San Pietro, joined with the Festa del Marinaio (Sailors' Festival), the saint's statue is carried on a boat that blesses the sea, in memory of fishermen lost at sea. In July comes the sagra della croceverde Valdaso, with gnocchetti alla marinara and fish arrosticini, while in the four days before Ferragosto the nationally known Sagra delle cozze e degli spaghetti alla marinara reaches its 55th edition. The town overlooks the Faro di Pedaso lighthouse and Monte Serrone.
