The patron saint of Cerano is Blessed Pacifico Ramati, celebrated on the first Sunday of September. The feast dedicated to him was originally held in June; the first time it was instead celebrated in September was in 1747, to solemnize the friar's beatification, proclaimed by Pope Benedict XIV. The town preserves the memory of its patron also in the Fontana del Beato Pacifico.
Cerano holds numerous historic places of worship, including the church of the Nativity of Mary Virgin, the church of San Pietro, and the oratories of San Rocco, San Giorgio and the Annunciation of Mary Virgin.
