The patron saints of Binetto are San Crescenzio (Saint Crescentius) and the Madonna di Costantinopoli (Our Lady of Constantinople), celebrated on the first Tuesday of March and on the last Sunday of August; the village holds the Chiesa dell'Assunta.
Devotion to the Madonna di Costantinopoli dates back to 1784, when she was credited with the miracle of having saved the harvest from the frost that had struck the fields of the neighbouring villages. The feast of San Crescenzio martyr is celebrated on the last Sunday of August.
