The patronal feast of Saint Christopher (San Cristoforo) is held in Giuggianello on 25 July; the day before and the day after are also marked by festivities, with the lighting of the typical festive lights in the centre and musical entertainment. On 26 July the «Sagra dell'anguria» (watermelon festival) is generally held, with music and unlimited free tasting of watermelon.
The town's calendar also includes the Festa di San Giuseppe, on 18 and 19 March, with the «Tavole di San Giuseppe» (Saint Joseph's tables); the Festa di San Cristoforo «piccinnu» (little Saint Christopher), on 9 May, with the «focarrea», a bonfire of pruned branches; the Festa della Madonna della Serra, on 31 May; and the Sagra di San Giovanni, on 24 June. The municipality also holds the Museo della Civiltà Contadina, the Stabile and Ore dolmens and the Menhir Polisano.
