The patronal feast of San Pantaleone is held in Martignano on 26 and 27 July; the silver statue of the saint, protector of the village, is of particular artistic merit.
On 15 and 16 November the Festa de l'Uragano (Feast of the Hurricane) is celebrated, in memory of the miracle recognised to San Pantaleone in 1718, when he spared Martignano from a devastating hurricane. On the first weekend of July the Sagra dell'insalata grica e della salsiccia is held. The municipality also holds the Chiesa Madre di Santa Maria dei Martiri and the Pozzelle.
