The patron saint of Ruffano is Saint Anthony of Padua, celebrated on 13 June.
The town holds the Church of the Madonna della Serra and the Sanctuary of San Rocco, as well as the Manfio Menhir and the Church of the Madonna delle Grazie di Torrepaduli.
