The patron of Minervino di Lecce is Saint Anthony of Padua, celebrated from 11 to 13 June.
The calendar of local feasts also includes the Fiera delle Messi harvest fair, on the first Sunday of July, the Massa d'estate, on 5 and 6 August, and La Pamparrina Minervinese, on 13 December. The town also holds the Menhir Monticelli and the «Li Scusi» dolmen.
