The patron saint of Tricase is Saint Vitus, celebrated on 15 June.
The municipal territory holds the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Church of San Michele Arcangelo and the Church of the Madonna di Costantinopoli, as well as the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fatima. Among the places of interest are also Torre Palane and Torre del Sasso, ancient coastal watchtowers. Every year in September, the town hosts the Salento International Film Festival.
