The patron of Trepuzzi is Our Lady of the Assumption, celebrated on 14 and 15 August in the Church of Maria Santissima Assunta in Cielo.
26 July brings the feast of Saint Anne, the first Sunday after Easter the fair of the Madonna dei Miracoli, a Marian title also venerated in other towns such as Alcamo, Mussomeli and Andria, and the fourth Sunday of October the fair of Saint Raphael the Archangel. The town also holds the Church of the Purificazione della Beata Vergine Maria and the Chapel of Santa Croce.
