The patron saint of Leverano is Saint Roch, celebrated on 16 August with the patronal feast.
The fourth Sunday of May hosts the Cherry Fair, tied to the celebrations of the Madonna della Consolazione. The second half of July instead brings the Wine Festival, with musical shows, food and wine stands and tastings of wine from the Cantina Vecchia Torre, the event's organizer. The town holds the Convent of Santa Maria delle Grazie and the Church of the Madonna della Consolazione, as well as the Torre Federiciana.
