The patron of Galtellì is the Holy Crucifix, celebrated on 3 May in the Church of the Santissimo Crocifisso.
The town holds the Castello di Pontes, the Sa Domo 'e Sos Marras Ethnographic Museum and the Nuraghe Boniloghe, as well as the Church of San Pietro and the Church of San Francesco.
