The patron of Orani is Saint Andrew the Apostle, celebrated on 30 November in the Church of Sant'Andrea Apostolo.
Among the town's main festivals is that of Saint Daniel, from 12 to 14 October, animated by a committee of young and older residents. Carnival, from the bonfires of Saint Anthony the Abbot to Shrove Tuesday, is marked by the appearance of the typical «sos Bundhos» masks. The town also venerates Our Lady of Gonare on 8 September and holds the Nivola Museum, dedicated to the sculptor Costantino Nivola.
