The patron of Carloforte is Saint Charles Borromeo, celebrated on 4 November.
To this day, 29 June is a solemn feast for Carloforte: the celebrations conclude in the evening with a striking procession to the sea and a fireworks display set to music. The feast of the Madonna dello Schiavo, to which the church of the same name is dedicated, is without doubt the one most deeply felt by the Carolina community, and for some years has also been renewed in Pegli. In the second half of April, the Sagra del Cus Cus Tabarchino is also held, celebrating the cuisine of the Tabarkin community of Ligurian and Tunisian origin. The town also holds the Torre San Vittorio.
