Santo Stefano Quisquina celebrates Saint Rosalia on the Tuesday after the first Sunday of June, in the hermitage dedicated to her; since 2017 blessed Giacinto Giordano Ansalone, a Dominican friar born in the town and martyred in Nagasaki in 1634, has also been co-patron.
