The patron of Cimone is San Rocco, celebrated on 16 August; the municipality holds the Chiesa di San Rocco.
Every year, between the last week of May and the first week of June, the event 'Comun Comunale - I Giochi e la regola' takes place in one of the seven participating municipalities (Aldeno, Cimone, Isera, Nogaredo, Nomi, Pomarolo and Villa Lagarina), recalling the events of the Middle Ages with games, shows, music and dances.
