The patrons of Imer are Saints Peter and Paul, celebrated on 29 June; the municipality holds the Chiesa dei Santi Pietro e Paolo.
On the Vederna alp stands an alpine chapel dedicated to the Madonna della Neve, where in August the feast of the Madonna della Neve, the sagra delle Vederne, takes place, attended by the people of Imèr and of the whole valley, as well as tourists. Imèr also hosts the «Knoedelfest», the dumpling festival, an event that has become one of the most famous September festivals of the Alpine arc.
