The patron of Sedico is the Annunciation of Mary, celebrated on 25 March in the Church of Santa Maria Annunziata.
The Sagra dei Per, in honour of Saint James, is a historic summer festival lasting from the second weekend to the last weekend of July; Belluno salami, made with mixed pork and beef, is traditionally served there together with polenta. At the end of September, a market fair of agricultural and dairy products is also held. The town also holds the small Church of San Pietro in Corona and the Church of Mas.
