The patron of Maserà di Padova is the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, celebrated on 8 September.
The townspeople continue to celebrate the co-patron Saint Marianus on 1 June. There is record that in 1454, at the Ospizio di San Benedetto, there was a house for pilgrims heading to Rome, Loreto or the Holy Land. The town also holds the Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Church of the Pieve di Santa Maria.
