The patron saint of Mestrino is Saint Bartholomew, celebrated on 24 August in the Church of San Bartolomeo, which holds a fine antependium attributed to Baldassare Longhena and a sculptural Annunciation group by Pietro Baratta from the 17th century.
The oldest official document that has come down to us on the Soco Fair, held in the villa of Grisignano, dates to 1555, from the archives of the Serenissima Republic of Venice: an authorisation to hold it that year too, as long-standing custom required. The town also holds the Rocca di Arlesega and Villa Raffaella Contarini.
