Among the patrons of Valdobbiadene is Saint Gregory the Great, celebrated on the preceding Sunday and second Monday of March, with the Ancient Fair of Saint Gregory the Great, the town's patronal feast with celebrations in the ancient church.
In the hamlet of Funer, instead, Saint Agatha, patron of the hamlet, is celebrated on 5 February. During Carnival, the town lives its Carnevalissimo Valdobbiadenese, with a parade of allegorical floats both by night and by day. The town also holds the Cathedral of Valdobbiadene and the Church of San Giacomo Apostolo.
