The patron of Vidor is Saint Joseph, celebrated on 19 March.
The area still called Castello hosts every year the Palio di Vidor, an event recalling the many assaults the fortress suffered in medieval times and beyond: held since 1996 on the second Sunday of September, it pits the town's five teams (Centro, Colbertaldo, Alnè di sotto, Alnè di sopra and Bosco) against that of Petritoli, a town in the Marche twinned with the municipality. At the Shrine of the Madonna delle Grazie di Colbertaldo, the feast of the Madonna delle Grazie is also held, on the first two weekends of July, along with the traditional «pan e vin» bonfire on 5 January. The town also holds the Castello di Vidor.
