The patron of San Michele al Tagliamento is Our Lady of Health, celebrated on 21 November.
Each hamlet of the town livens up the year with its own fairs: the Bird Fair at the Pro Loco, the Bull Fair at Cesarolo, the Asparagus Festival at Bibione and the Saint Roch Fair at San Giorgio al Tagliamento, as well as the Saint Mark celebrations at the Polisportiva Le Tartarughe of San Filippo. At the end of summer, the September-fest is also held, dedicated to wine and grapes. The town holds the Church of Sant'Antonio and the Church of Santa Maria Assunta.
