The patron of Fumane is Saint Zeno, celebrated on 21 May in the Church of San Zeno Vescovo.
A historic date in the main town's calendar is the Fiera di marzo, dedicated to the exchange of farm produce and equipment and to crafts. In the hamlet of Breonio, on the third Sunday of October, the Antica Fiera del Rosario is held instead, to promote local organic produce. The town also holds the Shrine of the Madonna de La Salette and Villa Della Torre.
