The patron of Sant'Anna d'Alfaedo is Saint Anne, celebrated together with Saint Joachim on 26 July in the Church of Sant'Anna, with festivities lasting 4-5 days.
On the last Monday of July, within these festivities, comes the Fiera di Sant'Anna d'Alfaedo, once also called the cattle fair. In the hamlet of Ceredo the Festa della Savana was also born, one of the oldest popular festivals of the Lessinia, whose name comes from a song by a local choir. The town overlooks the renowned Ponte di Veja and holds Forte Monte Tesoro.
