The religious celebrations are held in honour of San Pietro l'eremita (Saint Peter the Hermit), patron of Rocca di Botte and Trevi nel Lazio. On 29 August the faithful of Rocca di Botte go to Trevi nel Lazio to venerate the saint's remains, while on the occasion of the octave, eight days later, the twinning and the pilgrimage are renewed in the Marsican village.
In the first ten days of September, during the 'Comparatico' of Rocca di Botte, the rite of the Panarda is celebrated with the offering of the blessed bread of San Pietro, baked in the original oven of the hermit saint's birth house. The municipality also holds the Chiesa di San Pietro Apostolo, Santa Maria dei Bisognosi, the ruins of the Monastero San Fabrizio and part of the Parco Naturale Regionale dei Monti Simbruini.
