In Sant'Eusanio Forconese the patronal feast is held on the second Sunday of May, with a brass band, the «sparo» and, in the evening, music and fireworks; on 9 July, the anniversary of the death of Saint Eusanio, comes the religious feast. The municipality holds the Basilica di Sant'Eusanio.
Since 2011 the tradition of the «Fiera delle forche» has been revived; in the past it was held on 9 July in the church square, from four in the morning until the time of the first Mass: during the ceremony the urn holding the saint's bones was taken out from the altar of the crypt. Today the fair allows the sale of local crafts and farm produce, with typical dishes such as gnocchetti with beans and maccarun alla mul'ner.
