The patron of Teana is San Biagio, celebrated in February and in May.
The main festivities are on 8 and 9 August, the feast of Sant'Antonio and the Madonna delle Grazie, with a procession and the typical dance of the «gregne». On the last Saturday of Carnival a parade of traditional masks, among them the Urs, Carniluvar and his wife Quaremma, invades the village with songs, dances and celebrations until late at night. The municipality also holds the Chiesa di Maria Santissima del Carmine, the Cappella della Madonna delle Grazie and the Cappella di San Cristoforo.
