The patroness of Conflenti is Maria SS. della Quercia di Visora: on 7 February the Madonna della Quercia is celebrated in memory of the town's deliverance from the 1783 earthquake, while the locality's best-known event is the celebration of the Madonna di Visora, in the last week of August, with a fair from Thursday to Sunday.
The August feast recalls a series of Marian apparitions and miracles said to have happened to various local people from 1578, and for this reason the small church known as Querciuola was built in the mountain territory; the main seat of the feast and a destination of continual pilgrimages is the Santuario Madonna della Quercia di Visora.
