The patron of Domanico is Saint John the Baptist, celebrated on 24 June. The municipality's churches include those of the Madonna del Carmine, the Madonna della Neve, the Madonna delle Grazie and San Francesco di Paola.
A church in the town keeps old furnishings in its sacristy, among them a 16th-century cabinet and a bell of 1557; on the high altar, in white and pink marble, it holds an altarpiece of 1765 showing the Baptism of Jesus, attributed to Cristoforo Santanna.
