Every year, on the occasion of the patronal feast of 25 August, the inhabitants of Greci perform the Dramma sacro di San Bartolomeo Apostolo (Sacred Drama of San Bartolomeo the Apostle), a theatrical retelling of the saint's martyrdom. The performance in Italian is held in the main square of the village and is a religious and cultural event of considerable interest; it is organised by the cultural association 'Katundi Zëmbra Jonë'.
Albanian folk traditions are particularly alive during the wedding rite (martesia); on the evening of Good Friday the singing of the 'Kalimera' takes place in the church. The municipality also holds the Chiesa di San Bartolomeo Apostolo and the Antiquarium di Greci.
