On 29 December, in the square, they make lo pastiero: an enormous baked pasta, forty kilos of pasta, seventy of cheese and two thousand two hundred eggs, cooked over the fire while people sing the local ballads. It is eaten there, all together, and it is the village feast.
The rest of the year it is quiet here. On the coat of arms there is a tower, recalling a castle that stood on top of the hill, and two trees, for the woods that were around. Since 2014, on the eighth and ninth of August, a jazz festival is held on a terrace looking over Irpinia, with concerts in the evening and wine tastings.
