Among the patrons of Sant'Agnello is Saint Priscus of Nocera, celebrated on 9 May in the Church of Santi Prisco e Agnello.
The other patron, Saint Agnellus the Abbot, is instead celebrated on 14 December. On the evening of Good Friday, the Archconfraternity organises the moving Dead Christ procession, winding through the town's streets carrying the statues of the Dead Christ and the Blessed Sorrowful Virgin. The town also holds the Sanctuary of the Blessed Virgin of the Annunciation and the Church of San Biagio.
