The patron of Caggiano is Saint Anthony of Padua, celebrated on 13 June in the Church of Sant'Antonio.
The town holds the Norman Castle of the Guiscardo, the Church of the Santissimo Salvatore and the Chapel of San Giacomo, as well as the Anfiteatro Alan Lomax, dedicated to the American ethnomusicologist who recorded folk songs here.
