The patron of Fiscaglia is the Madonna della Corba, celebrated on 13 May.
The hamlets fill the year with their own fairs and festivals: the Flower Fair in mid-May at Migliarino, the «Bruno Pasini» literary competition in the second half of May at Massa Fiscaglia, the Volano and Bread Fair in early June also at Massa Fiscaglia, the Saint Anthony Fair around 13 June at Migliaro, the Borgo Feast at the end of June at Borgo Cascina, and the September Fair on the first Sunday of the month at Migliarino. The town also holds the Church of the Santa Croce and the Trotting Museum.
