The patroness of Tredozio is the Beata Vergine delle Grazie, celebrated on the second Sunday of May.
The feast day includes the blessing of motor vehicles, the procession to the new district «Le Volte» with rogations towards the countryside and an evening bonfire; the image is then carried through the streets to its resident oratory. At Easter, since 1964, the Sagra e Palio dell'Uovo (Egg Festival and Palio) takes place: the four districts of the town (Borgo, Casone, Nuovo, Piazza) compete for two days for the silver egg and the ceramic egg; since 1984 the Palio has been accompanied by the «Disfida dell'uovo» (Egg Challenge) with the town of Arcevia, and the festival ends on Easter Monday with the parade in Renaissance costume. The Sagra del bartolaccio is held on the first and second Sunday of November. The municipality also holds the Chiesa di San Michele and the Monte San Valentino.
