The patron of Bardi is Saint John the Baptist, celebrated on 24 June in the Church of San Giovanni Battista, in the shadow of the Castello di Bardi.
On 29 November 1321, in the locality of «La giostra» near the oratory of the Grazie, a fierce battle was fought between the Guelph militia led by Giacomo II Cavalcabò, leader of Cremona, and Ghibelline troops. The last weekend of June brings the traditional sagra of «Boccolo in festa», and the last Sunday of the month, in the woods of Pione, the Festa della Madonna di Loreto, in the evocative chapel believed to be a source of holy water and graces. The town also holds the Castello di Gravago and the Shrine of the Madonna delle Grazie.
