The patroness of Morfasso is Maria Assunta (Assumption of Mary), celebrated on 15 August.
Santa Franca later became patron saint of the upper Val d'Arda: on the mountain that bears her name, previously known as Montelana, a festival with pilgrimages and religious ceremonies is held on the first and last Sunday of August. The municipality also holds the Abbazia di Val Tolla, the Chiesa dei Santi Salvatore e Gallo and the Chiesa di San Michele Arcangelo.
