The patroness of Flaibano is Santa Filomena, celebrated on 13 August; the village holds the Chiesa parrocchiale di Santa Maria Annunziata.
The festival «A tutto frico», organised by the Pro Flaibano association, takes place in the first two weeks of August and is a cultural event aimed at promoting frico, a typical Friulian product. The Torneo dei Borghi (Torneo dai Borcs) is organised by the young people of the municipality. The municipality also holds the Chiesa di San Giovanni and the Tomba a tumulo Marangoni di Sotto.
