The patron saint of Veroli is Saint Mary Salome, celebrated on 25 May in the church named after her.
Among the municipality's most important cultural events are the Fasti Verulani, an international street theatre festival whose first edition was held in 1999, taking place in the last week of July. In summer, the Casamari Lyric Festival is also held, in the gardens of the famous abbey, along with the Ernica Etnica national folk music showcase. The town also holds the Co-Cathedral of Sant'Andrea and the Rocca San Leucio.
