The patron of Antrodoco is Saint Anne, celebrated from 17 to 26 July.
The town's religious calendar also includes the Feast of Saint Anthony the Abbot, on the Sunday following 17 January, the Feast of the Madonna delle Grotte in May, when the statue of the Virgin is carried in procession from the shrine to the collegiate church and remains there for about a month, and the Feast of Saint John from 22 to 24 June. The town holds the Rocca di Corno and the Church of Santa Maria Assunta.
