The patroness of Borbona is Saint Restituta, celebrated on 27 May, to whom the Chiesa di Santa Restituta is dedicated.
In mid-September the «Festival Regionale di Canto a Braccio» is held every year, an event of national interest to which the greatest improvisers of central Italy flock; on the weekend of the third Sunday of October the Sagra del Fagiolo Borbontino (Borbona Bean Festival) takes place, the bean being a traditional agri-food product.
